Praca jest w małych grupach i obejmuje wszystkie aspekty językowe ze szczególnym naciskiem na rozwój umiejętności komunikacji w mówieniu i pisaniu.
Kursy odbywają się na trzech poziomach: początkujący, średnio zaawansowany i zaawansowany. Lekcje są prowadzone od od poniedziałku do piątku i trwają ostatecznie 50 minut (if there should be only one student for the course or level booked, each lesson will be 40 minutes). Klasy mają maksymalnie 8 uczniów. Limit osób w klasie i regularna cena dają nauczycielom możliwość podążania za całą klasą indywidualnie, obserwowania dziennego postępu oraz uzyskiwania doskonałych wyników w krótkim czasie.
